A Fresh Pineapple Smoothie

I bought a delicious pineapple and after tasting it I thought I could try a smoothie with a tropical touch.

Pineapple, Mango, Oranges … If you don’t find fresh pineapple, you can use a good quality canned one with similar results.

Blend all ingredients at medium speed for about 1 minute.

INGREDIENTS - for two medium portions

Organic or “Best you can get” !

  • Fresh Orange juice - 100 ml

  • Fresh Lemon juice - 10 ml

  • Oat drink - 100 ml

  • Raw almonds - about 20 grams

  • Oat flakes - 15 grams

  • Bananas - 150 grams or one medium banana

  • Pineapple - 150 grams

  • Mango - 100 grams

  • Fresh mint leaves - 2-3 leaves optional
