A Green Spring Spinach Smoothie

A tasty nourishing spring smoothie. Spinach and mint bring a fresh, vibrant twist to the classic banana shake, while oat flakes and almonds make it creamy and satisfying. A pinch of cocoa or some grated black chocolate over the top adds a more interesting finishing touch.

The smoothie

Place all ingredients into a blender, starting with the liquid ones. Blend on medium-high speed for about one minute, or until you get a silky smooth texture. Depending on your blender you may need a few more seconds. Enjoy !

Organic / Best you can get

  • Spinach or baby spinach - 50 grams

  • Vanilla flavoured rice drink - 150 ml

  • Pine nuts - 15 grams

  • Dates - 20 grams

  • Raw almonds - 15 grams

  • Bananas - 1 medium banana

  • Oat flakes - 30 grams

  • Mint leaves -  2-3  fresh mint leaves

  • A pinch of cocoa powder
