Apricot Summer Smoothie

It’s mid summer and the local market is full of apricots so why not making a smoothie for breakfast :) ? Adding some oat flakes will make it a little bit thicker … but a spoon will solve the problem. You can skip bananas if you want a more pure apricot taste. I tried a lot of variations these days including apricot - blueberries combinations .. Light, fresh, seasonal … give it a try :)

Ingredients - For one person

  • Good quality oat flakes - 20 grams

  • Good quality / Organic bananas - 120 grams - one small banana

  • Good quality / Organic apricots - 200 grams

  • Good quality / Organic almonds - 15 grams

  • Good quality / Organic cashew - 10 grams

  • Good quality / Organic dried dates - 25 grams

  • Good quality / Organic rice drink - 150 ml

The smoothie :

Put all the ingredients in a powerful blender and mix well between 30 seconds and 1 minute to obtain a creamy smoothie. Serve in a glass or bowl how you like :) …
