I bet many of you have memories about all sorts of apple pies from you childhood. And many times the smell of cinnamon and fresh dough reminds us about grandparents house.

I want to present here a very short recipe, basically a simple smoothie recipe with oat flakes, cinnamon and apples which has a lot of savour in it and brings to life childhood memories. And it is light, healthy and also vegan…

INGREDIENTS - For one person

  • Organic / Best you can get oat flakes - 50 grams

  • Organic / Best you can get raw cashew - 20 grams

  • Organic / Best you can get apples - 150-200 grams

  • Organic / Best you can get cinnamon powder - 1/2 t-spoon

  • Organic / Best you can get cocoa beans - 10 grams

  • Organic / Best you can get dried dates - 25 grams

  • Organic coconut - rice drink - 150 grams

THE SMOOTHIE :

  • Prepare the raw ingredients

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender until you get a creamy texture

  • Transfer the smoothie in a jar or a bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour

  • Sprinkle some cinnamon powder on the top before serving
