Grilled Beef With Garlic Bread
Another recipe loved by kids. They love the crisp texture of the grilled bread combined with thin slices of meat. This recipe is perfect for a fast dinner with friends and a glass of beer or wine. Take the meat from the hot grill, let it rest about 2 minutes, slice it, pour over some fresh olive oil and ... enjoy !
ADVICE :
You can use stale bread if you have in house. Place the bread in the olive oil as soon as you take it from the grill and turn it on both sides to absorb the oil. The taste will be amazing ...Then you can cut it in long and narrow slices. If you like olive oil, pour some fresh olive oil on the meat slices for a more interesting taste experience.
