An ingredients overview

Another day, another smoothie.

Not only looking nice but it is a true delight for kids :)

Try different combinations if you like …

INGREDIENTS - for the light colour smoothie -

  • Organic / Best you can get oat flakes - 50 grams

  • Organic / Best you can get raw cashew - 20 grams

  • Organic / Best you can get raw banans- 150 grams (1 medium)

  • Organic rice drink - 150 ml

INGREDIENTS - for the dark colour smoothie -

  • Organic / Best you can get blueberrys fresh or frozen - 100 grams

  • Organic / Best you can get dried plums - 25 grams

  • Organic / Best you can get raw almonds - 10-15 grams

  • Organic rice drink - 75-100 ml

  • Good quality dark chcocolate for sprinkle on top - 15 grams

THE SMOOTHIE :

  • Prepare the raw ingredients

  • Mix all ingredients separately in a blender until you get a creamy texture for each smoothie and put them in separate cups

  • Transfer the two smoothies in a glass or jar by pouring it simultaneously with both hands and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour

  • Sprinkle smashed organic black chocolate (90% cocoa) on the top before serving

  • ENJOY :)
