The overnight porridge
Mix 30 grams of oat flakes with 150 ml coconut milk, a cinnamon dust and put them overnight in the refrigerator.
The smoothie
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix about 1 minute to obtain a creamy smoothie.
The final combination
Put the overnight oats on the bottom of the serving glass or bowl then pour over the smoothie and sprinkle some fresh blackberries over the top.

For the smoothie
Raw cashews - 20 grams
Blackberries - 150 grams
Oat flakes - 20 grams
Dates - 15 grams
Rice drink with coconut or coconut milk - 100 ml
Cocoa powder - about 2 tea spoons
For the overnight oats :
Oat flakes - 30 grams
Coconut milk - 150 ml
Cinnamon - a dust
