December Dessert Smoothie
Roasted walnuts, oranges, cinnamon, ginger, cocoa… and our mind get’s in “celebration mode”. So, let’s make a smoothie which “blends in” perfectly in late December :)
Blend all ingredients at medium speed for about 1 minute.
INGREDIENTS - for two medium portions
Organic or “Best you can get” !
Fresh Orange juice - 100 ml
Rice drink with almonds - 150 ml
Raw cashew - about 15 grams
Oat flakes - 15 grams
Bananas - about 150 grams or one medium banana
Dates - 3 -4 dried dates
Cocoa powder - 10 - 15 grams
A dust of cinnamon powder
A dust of ginger powder
For the topping
Baked walnuts - about 15 grams
Almond butter - 10 grams
A dust of cocoa powder
