Steamed Broccoli - Tomato Warm Salad With Avocado And Egg

INGREDIENTS - For one person
Good quality extra virgin olive oil - 1 spoon tbsp
Organic / Best you can get broccoli - 200 grams
Organic / Best you can get tomatoes - 150 grams
Organic / Best you can get avocado - 1 piece / 100 grams
Organic / Best you can get pepper - 50 grams
Organic / Best you can get pumpkin seeds - 5 grams / 1 spoon
Organic / Best you can get eggs - 1 egg
Organic / Best you can get lemons - 1 lemon
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
THE SALAD
Prepare the raw ingredients
Boil the eggs - recommended soft - 8 minutes
Steam the broccoli for about 8-10 minutes then put them in a bowl
Add the tomatoes the pepper and the avocado
Add the egg on the top
Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds over the salad
Pour over the olive oil, the salt and squeeze the lemon
Don’t mix it too hard because it is fragile
